is an Israeli Choreographer, Performer and Teacher, Ilan-Lev Practitioner, based currently in the Netherlands for her MA degree in ArtEZ. Hope and optimisim are key elements in her works, that offers to encounter the human physicality as a meeting point between people, doubts and offers for the world we live in.
Danielle’s works are presented in different theaters, museums and festivals in Israel, Europe and the United-States in the past 15 years and won prizes and supports.
Her current artistic research focuses on M/otherhood as a physical language that is worth celebrating through dance.

is fascinated with the voice. He uses live performance, visuals and sound to explore what voice can be and do, and how it is gendered. During the festival, you can find him broadcasting through papillae radio station, trying to answer questions like "what if voice has a taste?"

based on fay’s work with working with language within language, they explore a language within the language of taste.

an explorative collaboration with the De Stadskeuken in the context of community and art birth flavor in our mouth.

is a Brazilian artist and dance maker who is driven to approach the unspoken History, the workers gazes, and the marginalised causes. She navigates with her research through radical live art, performance, dance and the use of her unmatrixed voice to create a FISSURE against the pillars of Western Society: Colonialism, Capitalism and White Supremacy. She prioritizes socio-political change bearing her lived experience in Brazil and as an immigrant in Europe. For the festival, she’ll be performing her solo “t r a p p e d” about her Brazilian roots and the political pitfalls. She is also collaborating with Steef Kersbergen and Júlia Iwanaga for the video-installation “The in-betweenness of a lifetime”.

Mar keeps herself busy getting closer to (im)possible musicalities that emerge from embodied experiences and correspondance. She daydreams in transforming space in experimental playgrounds to propose alternative ways of (not) knowing and being bodies.
Through her interest in approaching different modes of dwelling, you will find Mar facilitating MIGAS DE PAN, a creative workshop in which she will invite participants to navigate the space in search of imprints and (almost) invisible left traces to discover how spaces speak to us and how we talk to them in return. A journey full of poetry, visuals and taste!

is a queer contemporary performance maker. Hailing from the UK, his projects are multi-layered, aesthetically-sharp and physically-driven; mixing iconography and small scale spectacle and often set in ambiguous, abstract worlds permeating with a feeling of otherness. His research on the Home of Performance Practices master mainly concerns ambivalence through a camp lens and dabbles in clouding, ambiguity, and finding the joy in the ordinary. For Papillae festival, he will present a cabaret evening presented atop a table; expect food, wine and an array of camp performance.

is a Dutch nonbinary performance artist and educator, working with (in)visibility and image making. Their work often moves on the border of digital and live performance work. Rooted in an auto-ethnographic approach, Steef uses their work as a way of visually addressing societal issues around trans*gender identities.
They will present a second iteration of their work BECOMING MY NONBINARY BODY, addressing the visual and gendered aspect of how one eats.
They are also collaborating with Gab Branco and Júlia Iwanaga for the video-installation The in-betweenness of a lifetime.

is a Spanish choreographer, performer, and researcher—trained as a social anthropologist, a dancer by heart. In Tania’s artistic work and writing paradoxes and complexities are not resolved but made to co-exist. By engaging with affect, relationality, autoethnography, and embodied knowledge, she attempts to acknowledge a body-becoming that is always more-than-one and more-than-human. During the festival Tania will be leading a workshop about her current artistic research, inviting participants to slow down and dive into what she calls the practice of stilling.

is a queer Greek-Dominican multidisciplinary performance artist and educator, studying MA in Performance Practices at the ArtEZ University. Thanks to his background in education, cinema, linguistics and performing arts, he has created a hybrid that challenges the conditions of production and education, as well as the mainstream idea of what art, and arts education can be, while researching a new pedagogical method that aims to combat anxiety.

is exploring the possibilities of storytelling and how comedy can be narrated in an ethical way. With a digestive in their hand and a twinkle in the eye they will let the words flow out their mouth and give a little taste of the daily festival life!
