As part of her artistic research around M/otherism movement, Danielle Gallia-Kind offers momentary spaces to explore the maternal body and the trails of its physical habitual language of care.

In the festival, she takes the opportunity to invite you to participate in her research by contributing to the M/otherism collection – a pile of physical memories.

In the event, you will be hosted individually by a mother in a camping tent inside a dance studio. You will be invited to revisit singular life moments with your main caretaker from a physical point of view. You will have the option to share in words, drawings and movements, based on your preference.

Danielle’s M/otherism movement research is driven by a personal hope to find peace and joy in the connection with the maternal body and labor and with a by social desire to make it visible.
